How it works

1

Request your inspection

A few details, about a minute. We call or text you back to set a time.

2

We inspect and photograph

We check the line on camera and photograph what we find. If we need access from behind the dryer, we pull it out and set it back.

3

You decide, in writing

You get a written price before any work. Go ahead, and the $69 is credited in full.

Before you book a $99 dryer vent cleaning, ask what it covers — the whole line, or the first few feet? With us, the camera checks the line first, and any cleaning price is confirmed in writing before work starts.

What DFW homeowners say

★★★★★

“Joe came he was very helpful & cleaned up the dryer vent very well. He was kind and hard working. I will use his services again.”

“I did not know the importance of having this done, but now I realize I may have avoided a fire because our vents had not been cleaned since the house was built in 2018. The technician, Joe, did an exceptional detailed job. When he flushed the inside portion of the vent, bunch of lint filled with water came spilling out. The fire I avoided could have been caused by the water backing up into my dryer and I'm grateful I did the service.”

“We hadn’t cleaned our dryer vent in 7 years and Joe did a thorough job. Really appreciated his extra effort to clean up the laundry area afterwards.”

Questions, answered

How much is the inspection?

$69 for the camera inspection of your dryer vent line. It is credited in full toward any work you approve — so it’s $0 if you go ahead. Estimates are always free.

How long does it take?

A cleaning with the inspection takes about an hour in most single-dryer homes. Repairs are assessed and priced on site, by the type of repair.

What if you find a bigger problem?

You see it first. We show you photos and give you a written quote before any extra work — nothing goes ahead without your OK.

Do you go on the roof?

Yes, when the line needs it. The $69 inspection is a complete inspection — if checking your vent means going up on the roof, we go up. You see photos of what we find and get a written price before any work.

What if the vent can only be reached from the attic?

When the roof can’t be reached safely, we work from the attic and open the line there. That is separate work — usually $100–$200, priced on site and approved by you in writing before we start.

Is there anything I need to do before you arrive?

Just clear a path to the dryer. For stacked units or tight closets, we’ll let you know when we confirm your visit if we’ll bring a second tech or need a hand.
