What DFW homeowners say

★★★★★

“Joe came he was very helpful & cleaned up the dryer vent very well. He was kind and hard working. I will use his services again.”

“I did not know the importance of having this done, but now I realize I may have avoided a fire because our vents had not been cleaned since the house was built in 2018. The technician, Joe, did an exceptional detailed job. When he flushed the inside portion of the vent, bunch of lint filled with water came spilling out. The fire I avoided could have been caused by the water backing up into my dryer and I'm grateful I did the service.”

“We hadn’t cleaned our dryer vent in 7 years and Joe did a thorough job. Really appreciated his extra effort to clean up the laundry area afterwards.”

Questions, answered

How much is the cleaning?

$129 for the maintenance cleaning — cleaned from inside, up to 10 ft of line, measured from the dryer connection. Anything outside that scope is quoted in writing before any work.

How long does it take?

A cleaning with the inspection takes about an hour in most single-dryer homes. Repairs are assessed and priced on site, by the type of repair.

What if the cleaning can’t be finished within the scope?

The $129 stands for the work done, and the rest is quoted in writing. If the work can’t start at all, nothing is charged — and the $129 is credited in full toward a deep clean if you book one.

Do you go on the roof?

The $129 cleaning is done from inside. The inspection part of the visit follows the usual rule — if checking the vent means going up on the roof, we go up. Anything outside the cleaning is quoted in writing first.

What if the vent can only be reached from the attic?

When the roof can’t be reached safely, we work from the attic and open the line there. That is separate work — usually $100–$200, priced on site and approved by you in writing before we start.

Is there anything I need to do before you arrive?

Just clear a path to the dryer. For stacked units or tight closets, we’ll let you know when we confirm your visit if we’ll bring a second tech or need a hand.
